I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing enough that I feel others should know what to expect. Earlier this week, I called to inquire about a specific service and was quoted two possible prices depending on the materials required. After agreeing to move forward, I was told I could come in at any time on Friday and that my vehicle would be worked in between scheduled appointments. I even asked for the employee's name, and it was provided. When I arrived Friday morning, I was immediately told that I must have "heard him wrong" and that the actual price was significantly higher. Rather than acknowledging that someone on their end may have provided incorrect information, Jay's immediate response was to place the blame on me. His explanation was that "only two people answer the phone" and that the name I was given wasn't one of them, implying that I had somehow fabricated the conversation. Here's the thing: the higher price wasn't even what frustrated me. Mistakes happen. Quotes get misunderstood. Prices change. Brought my Mini Cooper in for an oil change, and the team went above and beyond. They performed a thorough inspection, found an issue with the thermostat, and fixed it. Everyone was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience from MP Motorwerks. I brought my BMW X4 in for service and it was completed with in an hour at an excellent price. I was very impressed with the owner's knowledge of BMW and he explained everything in detail. I highly recommended MP for any BMW, Mercedes or other European auto for service. ++++

This was my first time here and I had a great experience. I usually go to the BMW dealership, but was looking for a better experience. MP Motorwerks did not disappoint. They performed the services my car needed, and I was in and out very fast. Fair prices & J was very friendly & kept me informed throughout. This is now my new place for car services & repairs!
